Pre-Ordered Items

A pre-order item allows the client to purchase an item in advance. 

When Pre-ordering an item from our website, please keep the following in mind:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout and not when the item(s) ships.

  • Item(s) purchased on Pre-order may take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

  • Pre-orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of the estimated ship date.

  • If in-stock items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date unless the ship date is 3 weeks and over than we will ship your order separately.​
